As a one-woman show with a business that was evolving rapidly, Chef Erica Guidi was looking for someone she could entrust to take on her content plan and write in such a way that all communications were precise and error-free, but also captured her voice: fun, educational, and passionate about all things food.
We started by undertaking a web copy audit, where I gave an overhaul to the pages that weren’t reflective of Erica’s voice and Blend’s elevated culinary offerings. I now write Blend Catering’s monthly newsletter, which drives much of the company’s cooking class sales, and since taking on the drafting of posts for Instagram, Blend’s following has increased organically by 27% over five months, without a penny spent on ads.
